Evans & Associates
was established in 2005 to provide training, resources and professional
consultancy services in the fields of human rights, conflict
transformation, and strategic evaluation and development. Primarily serving not-for-profit organizations and public agencies,
projects undertaken are both domestic and international in scope. To date, projects have involved working directly with a wide range of community and human rights organizations, and educational, humanitarian, social service and environmental
agencies in more than twenty countries. Our work is concrete and specific: based on direct experience, focused on real needs, guided by clear values. We
are able to offer:
Specialized skills in small group and community development, negotiation, facilitation, and collaborative decision-making processes;
Professional background in strategic planning, organizational audit and evaluation, and senior management recruitment and appraisal;
Highly developed listening and communication skills, and extensive engagement in cross-cultural and multi-sectoral contexts.
Our extensive background in both senior management and governance in local, national and international NGOs allows for a special perspective that enables
us to provide practical support for strategic and visionary leadership, to enable coherent and creative decision-making, and to ensure pro-active accountability. We believe these skills and attributes are not only essential to organizational health and effectiveness, but also that they are increasingly critical to the survival of humanity and our planet.
